Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for any outstanding fees. We will provide you with your website files and data upon request, subject to payment of all outstanding balances. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for breach of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webcon Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Webcon Marketing operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
